By downloading or using the Bill Baaki application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Bill Baaki provides a retail management platform including billing, inventory tracking, udhaari management, and business analytics. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to use the service in compliance with Indian tax laws (GST) and financial regulations.
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for all content (bills, customer names, products) uploaded to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Bill Baaki offers various subscription tiers. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We offer a 14-day free trial; once a paid subscription starts, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bill Baaki name, logo, and all software code are the exclusive property of Bill Baaki. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for your business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bill Baaki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of profits or data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
